Kettle Bell Fusion
Kettle Bell Fusion is a mix of calisthenics, aerobics and endurance exercises to help you achieve strength & flexibility with proper form. Suited for beginners and advanced students.

MAT PILATES
This class will work on preserving the natural curvature of the spine while teaching you the most effective way to work the abdominals through Pilates exercises. Pilates principles include control, fluid movement, breathing, concentration, stability and postural alignment. The Pilates mat exercises enhance postural alignment, coordination, strength and flexibility.

ReBarre
Re-imagine your barre workout! As your core will be challenged throughout the class without a barre. Light resistance will be used to maximize the effects of ballet conditioning, both standing and on a mat. A juicy stretch session at the end of class will increase flexibility and grace.
